Pandara the Space Wanderer

I always admire the figure Pandara by @PaulShih, and one day he made a blue coated Pandara figure, and suddenly this picture popped out on my scrap paper.
then i colored it on adobe photoshop.
maybe someday i'll vectorized it. :)
